I was talking with someone the other day about how easy it is to find information on the internet. At any time of day you can search for almost anything online. The same goes for people. Once or twice a month to be sure that there is no negative content among the top results of Google. You can then use Google Alerts to set up a notification of your name and phrases that you are associated with.
